Information on whistleblower system
There is a hotline and an externally operated website for the transmission of information on possible violations of laws and regulations. Not only our own employees, but also our business partners, their employees and other third parties can contact this hotline or website in confidence.
You can report possible cases of corruption, fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, human rights violations, violations of antitrust and capital market law, insider rules, data protection law or other violations of the Code of Conduct by telephone or via the website. If desired, reports can also be submitted anonymously.
The aforementioned channels are not intended for customer complaints or other contract-relevant matters from the customer business. Please use the contact options known to you for this purpose.
For further information and access to the E.ON Group whistleblowing website, please follow the link: E.ON Group whistleblowing website.
If you require further information, please read the E.ON Rules of Procedure LkSG. Code of conduct
Principles for responsible action
The Code of Conduct defines the essential principles that form the framework for our corporate and social actions. All employees are thus obliged to comply with rules for lawful and responsible behaviour.
Every single employee - especially the managers - is called upon to fully and permanently comply with the specifications in all processes, decisions and everyday activities. The Code of Conduct is also intended to encourage employees to take responsibility for their work and provide orientation for this, at ESK GmbH as well as in the entire Westenergie Group and throughout the E.ON Group.
